Job Description: Provide technical support, guidance, or training related to Microsoft technologies. Enable Microsoft customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technologies. Lead technical conversations, leveraging Microsoft 365 technical subject matter expertise, to drive value from their Microsoft investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Info Systems, or other tech related field.

60 months of experience in any computer related occupation.

Experience must include: 60 months of experience in Application Development, Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; and Service Management/Service Improvement; 24 months of experience in Intune and Machine Learning; and 12 months of experience in Windows Auto Pilot and Systrack.

Pay Range and Benefits Information

The offered base pay range for this specific position (ML113594A), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $180,000 to $210,000.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
